Each month you a little bundle of encouragement filled with mental health themed happy mail, stickers, journaling, and thoughtful surprises to brighten your day. 💌

Each Envelope May Include:
- A Monthly themed check in letter with a journal prompt
- Temporary Tattoo
- Flowers of the month sticker with information about the flowers
-Fun Facts about the month as well as information about what days are important that month for mental health. 
- Drawing or coloring page
- Physical Item

Important: 
Mail gets shipped out 25th of the month! Example: if you sign up January 1st - 25th you will get February's Mail. If you sign up January 26th -  February 25th you will get March Mail. When you sign up, you will automatically get a welcome envelope for free!
You will also get access to a members Facebook Group, all that is also detailed in the welcome envelope.
